The decision to leave my family business was one of the hardest I’ve ever made. For years, I was trained to take over the family-owned dock and door equipment company, a legacy spanning four generations. Working there from the age of 14, I eventually ran day-to-day operations and managed 24 employees. My entire life seemed destined for this path.
Yet, deep down, I felt a pull towards real estate. Seeing family members succeed in it sparked my interest. Unlike the family business, where my future was predefined, real estate presented new challenges and opportunities daily. This field aligned more with my personal aspirations and allowed me to leverage my local connections in a way that felt fulfilling and exciting. What began as a part-time endeavor quickly turned into a passion. Within four to five months, I recognized that real estate offered a promising future, one that aligned more with my goals.
The decision to leave the family business in 2020 was not one made lightly. It wasn't just about stepping away from a job; it was about leaving behind a legacy tied to my last name, a role I had prepared for my entire life. The security and familiarity of the family business were comforting, and I knew this decision would be monumental.

Growing up, my family instilled in me the importance of earning my place. Even as the owner’s son, I was given the toughest jobs and longest hours to ensure nothing was handed to me on a silver platter. This experience reinforced my dedication and commitment to any task I undertake. As a year-round wrestler from 5 to 18, I also developed the discipline and resilience to be successful, even in the face of setbacks.
Despite the support from my family, the leap into real estate was daunting. I carried with me lessons from the family business—leadership, hard work and the importance of hiring the right people. These principles became the foundation of my approach to real estate.
From the beginning, I worked relentlessly, often putting in long hours similar to what I was used to in the family business. My first year in real estate went very well as I developed the foundation of a sustainable business by building relationships and offering a full-service experience. Each subsequent year, my business grew, proving to myself and my family that I made the right choice. Through real estate investing, I have experienced first-hand the power of using real estate as a tool to build wealth for my family. It is the most fulfilling thing to help others do the same!

I’ve learned that sometimes you have to take a few risks to create the life you want. I’m grateful for my friends and family, as well as the clients who have supported me and referred me, helping me continue on this amazing journey. My goal is to continue building my team and establishing a trusted reputation across South Central Pennsylvania!
My expertise lies predominantly in the field of investing. I'm deeply immersed in the market every day, ensuring I stay ahead of trends and opportunities. I've facilitated over 70 successful flip properties for investors. Impressively, none of my investors have lost money on deals where I was involved from acquisition to sale. This track record is a point of pride and speaks to my commitment and diligence in securing profitable outcomes.

For example, when preparing a listing, I assist with everything – from junk removal, staging and cleaning, to arranging moving services. My goal is to minimize the stress on my clients by providing a seamless, less intensive process.
This hands-on approach also applies to buyers, where I help manage contracts, inspections and cost evaluations. My team and I are dedicated to protecting our clients’ best interests and advocating for them every step of the way!
Sincerely,
